Shipping policy

• All processed orders will be shipped within 1 week.
• We ship anywhere in the United States, including U.S. Territories: Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
• Orders are processed and shipped during business hours only, Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
• Customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address to receive order promptly. We reserve the right to bill the customer for additional shipping charges due to incorrect address information.
• USPS is the primary carrier. We are willing to assist the customer for any improper deliveries including but not limited to damaged, lost, and/or delivery to the wrong address, but no refund is guaranteed subject to USPS shipping policy.
